POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION THERAPY IN FORT WORTH, TX

Support for the Real, Messy Moments of New Motherhood

Postpartum isn’t just about sleep and feedings.

You may be feeling exhausted, anxious, or disconnected since having your baby.

Simple tasks might feel overwhelming, sleep may be elusive, and moments that are “supposed” to feel joyful feel heavy or empty instead.

Even in the midst of this, you’re showing up for yourself and your baby—and that effort matters.

At Lemon Grove Counseling, I provide a hopeful space where you can process these intense emotions, rebuild confidence in yourself, and find strategies to feel steadier, calmer, and more connected to yourself and your growing family.

Together, we’ll navigate this postpartum season in a way that honors your strength while helping you reclaim balance and joy.

Start Your Healing Journey

You don’t have to struggle in silence. You have support for the hardest, most confusing months of motherhood.

Postpartum depression and anxiety can take many forms. Sometimes it’s a sudden, intense wave of sadness or worry, and other times it’s the quiet, persistent exhaustion, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from your baby or yourself.

These feelings aren’t a reflection of your worth—they’re signals that your mind and body are overwhelmed and trying to protect you during a major life adjustment.

Over time, these patterns can wear you down. You may even find yourself asking, “Why can’t I just feel happy like I thought I would?” despite your best efforts.

That’s where postpartum therapy can help. We’ll gently explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop strategies to manage overwhelming emotions, and help you begin to feel steadier, calmer, and more connected to yourself and your baby. My compassionate approach provides support through this challenging but temporary season.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Soothe your mind and body when anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm arise
  • Understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and postpartum changes
  • Reconnect with yourself and the parts of you that may have shut down after birth
  • Build healthy coping strategies and trust your instincts as a parent and individual

Healing after a baby is about creating space for relief, stability, and hope.

Over time, you may notice small but meaningful shifts: steadier emotions, more energy, less tension, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your baby.

You don’t have to navigate postpartum depression alone. I’ll help you move from simply surviving to feeling steadier and more confident during this life transition.
