Therapy intensives are designed around your unique needs and goals, giving you extended, focused time to uncover patterns, practice skills that work, and leave with a clear, actionable plan.
During an intensive—whether in a single day or across a few consecutive sessions—we dive deeper than typical appointments allow.
You’ll have space to explore what’s truly holding you back, process heavy emotions, and try practical strategies that fit your life. Each intensive is customized to your pace, your challenges, and your goals, so you leave with clarity, usable tools, and momentum you can feel.
This isn’t about reliving trauma or forcing change. It’s about creating a safe, structured environment where you can breathe, gain insight, and take meaningful steps forward. Many clients find that a therapy intensive jumpstarts healing, giving them confidence and progress that lasts long after our time together.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make meaningful progress, a therapy intensive can provide the concentrated support you need. These sessions give you a safe, structured space to explore challenges, uncover patterns, and practice practical strategies that fit your life.
Every intensive is tailored to your unique needs and goals, so you leave with clarity, actionable tools, and momentum that you can carry forward. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to handle life’s challenges—without being rushed or overwhelmed.
Therapy intensives provide extended, focused time to work through challenges more deeply than weekly sessions allow. We explore patterns that keep you stuck, process emotions that have been weighing on you, and practice practical strategies you can use immediately. These sessions jumpstart progress, leaving you with clarity, confidence, and actionable tools for lasting change. Intensives can be scheduled as a single extended session or across consecutive days depending on client needs. Modalities such as EMDR, IFS, NET, or psychodrama may be integrated as appropriate.
